***Discription***

Two pre-sliced packages of Smoked Spring salmon in a convenient size. They're ready to serve in no time. (each pack serves 2-4)

***Recipes***

  • Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
    Spread some lettuce and sliced tomatoes on a plate, topping it with some smoked salmon. Complete the dish by adding some parsley and dressing made of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. You can also add mayonaise to this dressing if you like.
  • Enjoy them Western style in sandwiches or with crackers. Sandwich the salmon in bagels with your favorite veggie or use them as toppings on crackers along with some cream cheese.
***Expiry Date***
If left unopened, they can be kept up to about 60 days in the freezer or 7-10 days in the fridge.

Possible areas of delivery
  • Our delivery service is provided by Yamato Transport Co. Ltd.

  • Excluding the Seasonal Products (shipped fresh), regular items will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the order.

  • During the Holidays (End of Year Gift season, New Years) it may take a few extra days for delivery.

  • For items to be delivered on a specific date, please place your orders well in advance.
  • Products can be delivered within Japan.

  • Refrigerated products cannot be delivered to the Izu Islands (excludes Oshima and Hachijo islands) and Ogasawara Islands (Chichi and Haha Island).

  • Okinawa: For cherries, deliveries can only be sent to the main island.
Greetings
Delivery Fee
  • Greetings can be attached for no extra cost (maximum 10 characters). (excludes Seasonal Fresh Products)

  • A greeting card with your original message can be attached for the cost of $3.00. (excludes Seasonal Fresh Products)
  • The delivery fee is fixed at $12.00 per delivery for any number of regular items anywhere in Japan. In cases where dry products and frozen products are ordered together, everything will ship via frozen courier. If you wish to ship the dry and frozen product separately then please separate the items and create a new and different order.

  • For Live lobster, Wine and Seasonal Items which are shipped fresh, the delivery costs are already included in the posted price. Please be aware that the above items cannot be packed/shipped together with other regular items even if they are to the same address and ordered at the same time. Regular items will be charged a shipping fee.

  • Extra delivery fee will not be charged on top of the fixed delivery fee for remote islands and areas.

  • If re-delivery is required due to address error, accepting party being away or no longer at the given address, extra delivery costs could incur.

  • In a case where shipments are being sent to multiple recipients at the same address even at the same time, a $12 delivery fee will be charged for each recipient.

  • When cookies and chocolates are shipped with other frozen products via frozen courier service, please be warned that the product box may become slightly moist. This does not affect the quality of the product. If you wish to ship your dry goods separately from Frozen products, please order the dry items separately.
Delivery Date and Time
  • To select a certain date and time frame for your items to be delivered, please input your request at Step 3a. (not applicable for the Seasonal Products shipped Fresh)

  • Delivery time frames are as follows (some regions may not have all of these time frames as options) : AM/ 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00/ 16:00-18:00/ 18:00-20:00/ 20:00-21:00

  • Please be advised that products may not be delivered on the date and time of request under certain circumstances involving weather or traffic situations.
 
***Payment Methods***
  • We accept credit card payments from the companies shown above.
  • Credit cards will be charged in Canadian dollars unless your credit card was issued outside of Canada, where it then will be charged in your local currency with the exchange rate set by the credit card company.

***Return / Exchange Policy***
  • We take great pride in the quality of our products and do our best to ensure the quality of our products but if in any case the product is damaged or the wrong item has been delivered, please notify us toll free at (0120)-34-5506 within 2 days of delivery.
  • Please understand that since we only carry food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • There will be no guarantee for the quality of the Seasonal Products (shipped fresh) due to address error, the accepting party is away or no longer at the given address. There will be no refund given or replacement items being resent in these situations.
