- Smoked Salmon: If left unopened, they can be kept up to about 90 days in the freezer or 7-10 days in the refrigerator.

Lobster Rice Gratin
Thaw in the refrigerator for half a day. Remove the aluminum foil lid and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until cook thoroughly to the center.

Smoked Salmon Sushi
Toss some smoked salmon, avocados, potherb mustard, and seaweed on top of vinegared rice. Put some soy sauce and wasabi on the rice. Your homemade smoked salmon sushi is ready to be served!
