- Lobster Bouillabasse : About 30 days in the freezer. After thawing, eat it by the end of the day.
- Maple Chiffon Cake: It can be kept upto three months in freezer, a few days in refrigerator.

Lobster Bouillabasse : Cover with aluminum foil and heat it on midium heat for about 20-30 minutes. When lobster turns red, it is done.
