Smoked Black Cod Carpaccio
Spread some lettuce and sliced tomatoes on a plate, topping it with some smoked black cod. Complete the dish by adding some parsley and dressing made of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. You can also add mayonaise to this dressing if you like.
