    If left unopened, they can be kept up to about 90 days in the freezer or 7-10 days in the refrigerator.
  • Marinated Herring Roe
    If left unopened, they can be kept up to about 90 days in the freezer or a few days in the refrigerator.
  • Lobster Thermidor
    30 days in the freezer. Once defrost, please finish in one day.

  • Marinated Saikyo-Miso [Black Cod] Portion Cut / Marinated Yuzu-Shiokouji [Saled Sockeye Salmon] Portion Cut
    If left unopened, they can be kept up to about 60 days in the freezer or 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
  • Salad Sushi with Smoked Salmon and Avocados
    Toss some smoked salmon, avocados, wasabi, and seaweed on top of vinegared rice. Put some soy sauce and wasabi on the rice and the sushi is ready to be served. Add some mayonnaise or olive oil if you like.
  • Cream Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Mushrooms
    Sauté mushrooms in olive oil. Prepare cream sauce then add smoked salmon at the end. Add the mushrooms to the sauce, sprinkling salt and pepper for your flavour Cook any kind of pasta you like and mix in the sauce when cooked. Top it off with some more smoked salmon and capers and the dish is ready to be served.
