Our Maple Syrup is 100% pure, and a healthy product rich in calcium and vitamins. The sap is extracted in Eastern Canada from Sugar-Maple and Black-Maple trees that are over a hundred years old. The sap is then reduced by heat, until a beautiful colour, and the right flavour and aroma are acheived. Enjoy with yogurt, pancakes, or use as a substitute for sugar or honey.
