With its cool temperature and fertile soil, the Niagara region in the province of Ontario is known as one of the greatest Ice wine making areas in Canada.
This ice wine is made from the Vidal Grapes which were specifically made to withstand the harsh winters in the Niagara region.
With hints of tropical fruits and honey, this wine has a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness making it an ideal after dinner drink.
