If left unopened, they can be kept up to about 90 days in the freezer or 7-10 days in the refrigerator.

  • Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
    Spread some lettuce and sliced tomatoes on a plate, topping it with some smoked salmon. Complete the dish by adding some parsley and dressing made of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. You can also add mayonaise to this dressing if you like.
  • Smoked Salmon Sushi
    On a sheet of plastic wrap, stack up some smoked salmon, sliced onions, wasabi, mayonaise, and vinegared rice in this particular order, and press the sushi.
