Smoked salmon is smoked at low temperatures with only maple chips and rock salt, resulting in soft smoked salmon. Sockeye salmon has a bright red color and a rich taste. Spring smoked salmon, on the other hand, has a melty taste. Both have been sliced.

The chiffon cake is made with 100% pure Canadian maple syrup. Maple whipped cream sandwiched between a soft airy maple syrup infused chiffon cake.

This creamy maple-sweetened ice cream is also made with 100% natural Canadian maple syrup. (Price is in CAD$)
