***Recipes***
  • Smoked Salmon & Salmon Roe 'Don' : Top a hot bowl of rice with some white radish shoots (or potherb mustard), smoked salmon, and salmon roe. Pour some 'wasabi jyo-yu' (wasabi and soy sauce mixture) on top and you have yourself a delicious traditional Japanese 'donburi'.

  • Marinated Herring Roe: Cut the herring roe into one inch pieces and mix with katsuo-bushi,(shaved dried bonito)
