There is nothing better than freshly smoked Canadian spring salmon direct from our smokehouse in Vancouver.

The salmon is smoked just a day before being shipped by air to Japan.

It is kept air cooled from the time it is made until it arrives at your doorstep. This keeps the delicate flavor of the salmon fresh.

We keep the salmon unsliced so that you can decide how to cut it depending on how you plan to enjoy the smoked salmon. It is great served as is or in any number of dishes from pasta to a gourmet sandwich.

  • Enjoy them Japanese style as sashimi or sushi. It has been known to be the most flavorful part of the fish so just slice them up and enjoy them as they are.
  • Smoked Salmon in Hiyashi Udon
Cook "udon" (Japanese thick white noodles) in hot water. Let it cool in cold water. Once cooled, top it off with some smoked salmon, avocados, shiso perilla, sliced onions, and dressing (olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper). The refreshing flavor of the toppings is sure to bring out the aroma of smoked salmon. You can also enjoy this dish with any kind of pasta.

If left unopened, they can be kept up to about 7 days in the refrigerator. Please eat as soon as possible after opening the package.
